Unopened products can come back within 30 days of delivery.

How to start a return
Email saa149538@gmail.com with your order number and the item you want to return. We reply with the return address and a case number. Put the case number on the parcel — unlabelled returns cannot be matched to an order.
Refunds
Once the parcel reaches the warehouse and passes inspection, the refund goes back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping is free both ways on our mistakes; on change-of-mind returns the original shipping cost is not refunded.
