How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive in 15–20 days from cleared payment. A limited number of items are stocked for 2–9 day delivery — ask support before ordering if you are treating an active infestation.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Every order ships free, with no minimum order value and no handling fee.
Which pack size do I need?
It depends on the area you are treating. Gel baits: one syringe handles roughly 8–12 cracks and crevices. Dusts: about 1 lb per 500 sq ft of void space. Tell us the room and we will size it for you.
Are these products safe around pets?
Applied as the label directs, and once dry and placed out of reach, yes. Never apply a dog or cat product to a surface the animal will lick, and keep baits in enclosed stations where pets and children cannot reach them.
Do you ship to my state?
We ship to all 50 states. A few aerosol products cannot go to PO boxes; checkout will flag that if it applies to your order.
Can I return an opened product?
No. For safety and regulatory reasons opened insecticides cannot be resold or accepted back. Unopened items can be returned within 30 days.
How do I track my order?
Use the order tracking page with your order number and the email you ordered with, or click the link in your shipping confirmation email.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Email us as soon as you can. Orders are picked quickly, but we can usually amend or cancel before the parcel leaves Zion.
